At Nimrod Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original packaging and unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailing bag to ensure they arrive back to us in pristine condition.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your original package or drop off the items at any authorized Nimrod retail location nationwide.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 7 business days.
